It measures your net keystrokes per minute, that is, after subtracting errors. The server calculates the result and checks you meet the level's minimum accuracy and consistency.
What levels are there?
Five: Starter (150), Competent (200), Advanced (250, typical exam threshold), Professional (300) and Expert (350). The certificate always shows your exact keystroke count.
